The association of the universal orbit is what this new CARL MERTENS product has its spherical sounding name and shape from. And indeed, the ORBIT Light Object takes on the high-tension atmosphere of the never-ending cosmos. Its vibrant lines arranged in the form of globe create a spherical appearance. This impression underscores its impact when the object casts its shadows in a dark room with a burning candle. The 2-D geometry of its curved arcs creates a fascinating 3-D play of light and shadow. Cold stainless steel in a soft shape.

ORBIT is made of high-quality stainless steel. The night-light itself is held by a silicon core. In addition, the unaesthetic aluminum bowl of the night-light is completely covered with a magnetically locked hemisphere.
