Ethno look - a modern interpretation!
This vase was inspired by the tight, sweeping curves of the beautiful necklets and bangles worn by African women.
Karen Blixen was a Danish author who is best known, at least in English, for 'Out of Africa', her account of living in Kenya.

Anja Kjær (1956) trained as a ceramicist and glass artist at the Danish School of Decorative Art, graduating in 1983. She has been associated with Holmegaard, for whom she has created a number of popular glasses and bowls, since 1989.
