After the successful reissue of the Knitting Biedermeier in 2008, 2009 will see the continuing of this figurine motif with Knitting Rococo. Her wool thread can be drawn down to the knitting needle from the pouch hanging on her arm - also called a pompadour in the style of the time. Since knitting is a pasttime made all the more enjoyable in an informal circle of friends, the elegant ladies will also be joined by new companions in the future, thanks to the rich diversity of designs created on Grete Wendt's drawing board in the 1930s.

Wendt & Kühn is the synonym for perfected wooden art with a long tradition in the heart of the German Erzgebirge.

Lovingly painted Santa Clauses, beautifully playing, decorative musical boxes and the chubby angels with their characteristic green wings and eleven white dots as well as the colourful blossom kinder make collector's hearts beat faster all over the world.
