The XLR module allows to connect active speakers of mono-block power amplifier (e.g. the T+A A 1530 R) to the pre-amplifier P 1230 R. A symmetrical connection is ideal for use with very long leads since it has inherently good interference rejection characteristics. The 4 pin version offer an additional control signal for the automatic switching of aktive speakers.
